kat@janl is this one of those cool ones that stops immediately if there’s an accidental finger?
@zkat last I heard they are not legal in Europe. This is a different cool one that hides the blade from where you use your hands to maneuver the wood and you can only push in the basket with two hands.
Also I’m not sure this blade size can be stopped in an instance. It’s like 70cm in diameter and 4mm thick. The reverse electric motor break takes 10 seconds to stop it. And that’s on 400V/5200Watts.

@sashag yes, I’d prefer her too, if I could hire her to do this here ;D
@sashag I briefly tried myself. And if I was 25 years younger, I’d probably be able to get in shape for this, but the power required for this is immense. And shlepping all thr wood around is already a decent workout. So machines to the hard parts :)
