TBH, the problem is that #Facebook is allowed to just pay a #fine, instead of facing actual #penalties.

• It's not enough to have #NSAbook pay an insultingly low sum that won't even cover the time needed (or costs) to #unfuck this mess and change all the details of an affected person, but to have actual consequences aka. #jailtime and #AssetForfeiture against the people from the person who implemented it up to the CxOs!

Anything else is undue leniency...
