@mathowie Of course. Insurance companies are just investment banks that reluctantly pay out crumbs to their customers when their hand is forced.

@dbolli @mathowie the customers aren't even the people getting treated. The customers who really bring cash to the table are employers. Insurance only has to be just good enough that people won't quit their jobs over it.
