@atpfm Eight Point Eye Stretches, 4 Corner Saccades, Dolls Eyes with Mirror. These exercises for the eyes did wonders for my near and mid vision. Combined with glasses with prism I was able to finally get my vision with glasses to 25/20.
I use progressives for driving and reading but I have a separate pair for computer distance. My eyes feel brand new now instead of collapsing around 7:30-8:30p.
