Wow. The *MINIMUM* PC requirements for the new Indiana Jones game are kinda high...

@killyourfm

I played Indiana Jones on a computer with a 14MHz CPU and 2MB of RAM.

This is…8000 times that amount. And 2MB at the time was kinda a lot!

@killyourfm love to see a game that pushes hardware to its limit.
@mathieucomandon IF it's optimized, yes...
@killyourfm it's Machine Games, they're top notch game devs and I trust them to not mess things up
@mathieucomandon OK, I just recalled they made the new Wolfenstein games, so all my doubts have evaporated!
@killyourfm Maybe I'm skeptical but I often feel that when a game comes out with high requirements for PC in a post like this... I read "Sloppy PC optimization" more than "Our game is so visually overpowering!"
@hush404 That was my gut reaction too, until @mathieucomandon reminded me it's from Machine Games. (Wolfenstein: The New Order, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus)
@killyourfm @mathieucomandon Hmm. Silly me, I took the general marketing to understand Bethesda was behind this. Interesting, I have more respect for Machine Games. Is this the same engine? or is it something else?
@killyourfm *extremely high...gotta battle that DRM
@killyourfm Denuvo...
@justinbarrett False. It was only there for review copies (to deter leaks), which was confirmed by Bethesda.
@killyourfm double false. it's there now.
@justinbarrett Can you link a source?
@killyourfm That's the correct question...yes, but I can also link a source supporting your claim...guess we'll have to wait until it's actually released. Hit me up if I am proven wrong..I'm not above admitting failure :)
@killyourfm we'll really only know for sure on dec 9th
