Kee Hinckley@wendynather I hadn't realized how climate sensitive apples could be. It's pity we're so tied to mass production, because there are so many wonderful regional varieties.
My favorite is still the Macoun. But apparently it isn't a good apple for mass production. Which is fine by me.
