There is fucktons of fireworks going off outside my house right now.

I had to check the date. Pretty sure there is nothing is the 30th November I am not remembering.

Seems a LOT of fireworks for just setting off a few in your garden to use up leftovers or coz it's someone's birthday etc.

I got such a fright. #PTSD life makes me super on edge. Always #hypervigilent

The fireworks ended ages ago but my heart rate is still elevated. Nausea is still here.

This is the first time fireworks have impacted me. I've had PTSD for a year now. The other fireworks I've heard have been on days to expect them. I've just only realised that hearing them UNEXPECTEDLY is a whole other thing...
