The really bad thing is that younger people do not now the meaning. It is just a cover with colored patches.
That this is an test image that was shown when the tv program was closed after midnight since the tv nowadays runs non stop.

So, I assume anybody that wrote a comment is probably older than 30

1. because the test image was a constant in my generation and that of my parents and the youth does not even know it.
2. There is non-stop television
