@kimschulz Good list. I think the only one I would add is Accelerando by Charlie Stross. Its not a classic, I think its more of a period pierce but made a big impression on me back when it came out.

@mshdk I have to read that one. I havent yet, but I can see that I have it in my ebook library so I must have been considering it at some point.
