BornachI think I've successfully managed to solder and assemble the kit version of #Plinky (v3).

Calibration of the capacitive touch surface is a bit hit or miss. Only when the audio out was plugged into something that's grounded could I complete calibration without it popping up a "check solder connection" message.
Very expensive way to practice soldering. I'd recommend a 555 timer kit from Aliexpress instead.
