Donald G Jackson made a film called The Roller Blade Seven with Scott Shaw. There is also a film called The Legend of the Roller Blade Seven made from the same footage, but treated as a different film by Shaw. It's possible they are actually the same movie, but the only way to find out is by watching them both, and they are notoriously terrible.

This extends at least as far as the first 15 minutes being identical except for a title card.

But you can buy both of these on Scott Shaw's website like they are different movies.
