Excitement. I got bits of a new #keyboard come! I didn't expect the case (#Tofu60Redux from #KBDFans, https://kbdfans.com/collections/60-layout-case/products/tofu60-redux-case?variant=41734373572747) to be that heavy, even without the weight bar. I got switches and caps at the same time, in the interest of combined postage.
Now to wait for the PCB.
More bits of keyboard arrived. This time the Promenade PCB from Krado Industries https://www.kradoindustries.com/product/promenade-hs It fits perfectly in the Tofu60 case!
Some confirmation, too, that the magnetic switches that I got from KBDFans won't work, because duh, the PCB doesn't support them (TIL about hall effect switches). But I already have some others on the way, so I'm not taking it too poorly.

Unfortunately, it's always a bit of a battle to find keycaps for ergodox-like layouts. I like the WoB prints and the Cherry profile, but I'll have to make up for the missing and occasionally wrong-rowed keys that my layout calls for.
Also, TIL: the reset button for the Krado Promenade PCB is on the underside. Too bad it assembled everything before realising this...

It was a bit of a battle, and I had to go down the AliExpress path as I couldn't justify the 10x price tag from Etsy and other shops (they did looks nice!).
I used 1u Cherry R4s for the bottom row, to match the WoB caps profile. I chose transparent ones in the hope of getting some RGB glow. That didn't really work. Under-PCB RGB in a solid case is meh.
For side and middle columns, try as I might, I could not find 1.5us for all rows (only R2 and R4s), or in the price range. I resorted to DSAs. They aren't too bad. I had the same issue for the 2u space bar, which is also a concave DSA.
