Iirc the agronoms have been working on it such that the flavour of Brussels sprouts has improved over the last few decades

Also: cut them in half, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then oven-roast 'em. The edges get crispy and caramelized.

(I have no idea if this will work with my childhood brussels sprouts, though.)

Basaltic and Maple are both good flavors to add to them (not at the same time).

1. cut in half
2. coat in olive oil
3. bake on parchment paper
4. dip in ranch dressing

The first 3 steps can be omitted.๐Ÿ˜
