For every crazy Trump cabinet pick, I keep thinking back to Sean Spicer's first press briefing where he was instructed by Trump to angrily scold the press for not believing the lie, that Trump's inauguration was the biggest in history.

That is Trump's signature move: To do the unthinkable and demonstrate there is nothing you can do about him breaking all norms.

Every last straw of normality which we grab onto, Trump takes pleasure in lighting on fire. That is his sick idea of unlimited power.
