How much time it can take to sell your house in a nowhere town that no one wants to move to in the first place? How much it sucks to uproot kids from where they've been most of their lives? If it's an issue that affects the health or wellbeing of a person, it should not be curtailed on a state-to-state basis. No one's health care access should be based on what state they live in.
