The Iranians said the meeting bw Musk & Ambassador Amir Saeid Iravani lasted more than an hour & was held at secret location. The Iranians, who spoke on the condition of anon bc not authorized to discuss policy publicly, described meeting as “positive” & “good news”

I’m not quite sure what to make of Trump’s present attitude toward Iran and their leadership. Amongst other things, has no one told him they wanted to assassinate him? Did he forget? Does he simply not care? I mean, he's the paranoid idiot who became famous for eating a steady stream of hamburgers from McDonald’s out of a paranoid fear someone would poison him.
Second, I do agree something needs to be done about U.S./Iranian relations, ↓
@GottaLaff but I simply do not trust anyone Trump would pick for his administration. Who knows what sort of knuckle-headed notions any of them have, what was promised, or what kickbacks are coming their way.
Third, and I think this is something GOP leadership is counting on, this will make all the right-wing voters out there utterly insufferable. It will help to drive further wedges into an already-fractured American public, permanently killing any (albeit remote) chance at future unity. ❖
