Alright, trying this again: is anyone aware of a tool to automatically migrate an entire self-hosted #Gitlab instance to self-hosted #Forgejo or #Gitea? I mean *entire*: Users, Groups, Repos, Issues, PRs, everything. I have full local database and file access on both.

All I've found so far are some single-repo tools using the API, nothing that just grabs everything directly.

With Gitlab 18.3's announcements, this is becoming more urgent.
If y'all are telling me that is still not a thing that exists, I'm willing to pay for someone to make it (with the result becoming FOSS, ofc).
