Simon Waldman@erikjan boy, do I know this one. I stopped scheduling these for Fridays, for two reasons : (a) my brain was too frazzled after a week of firefighting, and (b) earlier in the week you still have the illusion that there will be time for the urgent but unimportant stuff later.
Doesn't help much, though.
