@HamonWry Musk has signaled they know they are going to crash the US economy. My guess has always been that the Republicans have hoped Trump would bankrupt the US while they had control of the reigns of government, allowing them to fully implement real neoliberal austerity measures, privatize everything, and undo the social welfare networks created by the New Deal, LBJ, etc.
