If you're in England, you can sign up and vote for changes you want to see in the NHS on their "Your ideas for change" page on the Change.NHS website.

For example, there's a petition to formally ask for the NHS to move to an informed consent model for adult trans healthcare  

It would very be lovely if lots of folks in England signed up and upvoted this, and shared with as many others as they can  👉👈
