And an unique one for me would be Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions.
Not a series, but the movie Your Name is one of my favorite stories ever.
This is the anime I use to introduce non-anime watchers to anime. Your Name is very good.
It was the second anime I watched. Funny enough it’s been so long I barely remember a thing about it. I don’t even remember if it was good. Maybe I should rewatch it…

I’ve watched it three times now and every time I feel like a 12yo kid again. Waking up to life and falling through the depths of all possible emotions.
I’d say Horimiya and Wotakoi. The romance in both stories feels like it evolves organically and between realistic characters.

Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions. A slice of life story about a few different pairings getting together. But mostly about a pair becoming more mature and dealing with trauma.
Chobits, a robot falls in love with a man, exploring the ethical and social issues with that.

For Yuuta Togashi, the scars that his chuunibyou has left behind are still fresh. Having posed as the "Dark Flame Master" during his middle school years, he looks back at those times with extreme embarrassment, so much so that he decides to attend a high school far away where nobody will recognize him. Putting his dark history behind him, he longs to live a normal high school life. Unfortunately, he hasn't escaped his past yet: enter Rikka Takanashi, Yuuta's new classmate and self-declared vessel of the "Wicked Eye." My favorite romance anime is My Dress-up Darling. I could watch it on repeat.
I absolutely love Boku no kokoro yabai yatsu. Currently this has to be my favorite romcom. It starts weird but it gets so sweet by the end of season 1 you’re going to get diabetes.
Another great show I can recommend is Golden Time. It’s like Toradora but with older cast. I have to admit I enjoyed it way more than Toradora. Maybe because it was exactly my type of humor or because some situations were very realistic. Whole show is not like typical rom-com. It feels like it could happen for real.

For me, it’s Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury . I love the relationship between Suletta and Miorine so much.
Honourable mention goes to 86 for Lena x Shin.
I guess I like seeing couples overcome shared trauma.
