Election Day

It's Election Day. A few minutes past noon where I am. Feels like seconds to midnight. Feels like time isn't moving at all. We knew it was going to be a stressful day, so Sydney and I decided to get the hell out of town. We cast our ballots early and took a few days off, booked a cabin in the absolute middle of nowhere.
