Yesterday I received excellent service and courteous, professional replies to e-mail from a city council where I did not expect this. And dreadful customer service from a large retailer where this should have been baked in. And Google photos reminded me I cut a tree down four years ago. It has all recovered nicely now. I should have gone to the plot and built some supports for a vine rather than trying to buy anything. #sheffield #pollarding #allotment
