If someone uses Fedora on a T480 / T480s ThinkPad with the CPU throttling bug, I made a fork of the throttled copr for Fefdora 41 and Rawhide. All of the existing ones were unavailable for F41 so far.

@Larvitz the throttled Copr repository is such a lifesaver. I had many violent fantasies of what I would do to my laptop before finding throttled. It was barely usable without it.
Btw, not only T480s are affected, I have X1 Carbon.
Inaction FigureMaybe my T480 w/i5-8350U with Kinoite 40 doesn't have the throttling bug?
I ran s-tui on "Stress" for five minutes, all eight cores showed 100% utilization at 2800-2900 MHz, leveled off at about 85°C.
Am I reading that right?

@inaction_figure Seems to be the case. My i7 throttles down to 400Mhz after 5-7s if I don’t have throttled running. And then it gets beyond laggy
