I suppose it's possible to support a racist without being a racist -- one could rationalize that there are even more important issues weighing in.
But people who vote for a fascist who vows to be govern as one are not merely supporting an extreme right-wing dictator wannabe.
They are, for all practical purposes, fascists themselves.
Enough with rationalizations.
@dangillmor I think about this often & believe that if you support Trump, there is something seriously wrong with you.
That leaves a few narrow paths for good people to support him. For example: if you are profoundly ignorant or chronically delusional to the point that you truly cannot comprehend the racism, misogyny, cruelty, criminality, treachery, greed, incompetence etc, it is entirely possible that you are still a good person & patriotic citizen. But that'd be the rarest of edge cases IMO.
