@lauren @skarra it's telling Apple to expect much less rule of law and contracts now. With a subtext that Hauwei and Xiaomi are good phones so apple really isn't needed. But we'd still like you to make them here for the time being.

There's a reason foreign companies are pulling out of china while they can. Nobody wants to be in the position of foreign firms in Russia when Putin decided to go full militarist fascist kleptocracy.

I don't think Xi fully gets what being export driven means.
