To my fellow #ADHD having artists, programmers, and game devs:
Despite being diagnosed, I'm currently unable to get my prescription.
What are some non-prescription supplements or methods you've tried that actually made a difference for you?

@b3k0r3 Caffeine, but stop taking it at most at 8 PM. Insomnia is no good.

Pomodoro allegedly is good, but I tried it recently and I'm on meds.

@nonbinarybeard how much caffeine per day would you suggest?
@b3k0r3 depends on the workload and how much caffeine you usually take. If you don't drink coffee at all I would say 3 cups a day at most for starters. Then you'll be able to gradually adjust.
