@cityobs Widening the freeway at the "bottlenecks" will attract more traffic and make matters worse not better. The only solution to traffic congestion is to get drivers to leave their cars at home and use more public transportation - as well as more walking and cycling. Reducing the need to travel by working from home - and better urban design - can also help.
