Alex, the Hearth Fire@textfiles I never realized how much I depend on the IA, until mean people took it away. And it's in places I never realized; links on Wikipedia were broken, because the IA held the only copy of that website or other material.
I'm already a donor, but I'll be looking at my budget to see if I can increase what I contribute.

Aviation Librarian@textfiles thank you! I noticed that about 3000 of the 25,000 things we’ve uploaded to the digital transportation archive are missing. Also, while the site was down, we were getting multiple reviews on items as seen below. Packed with dangerous spam that’s still there.
@Aviation_Librarian can you email me at jscott at archive.org and tell me how you think the things are missing? I'm not doubting you, but it helps me make some analysis

Greg@textfiles I'm still having a lot of issues using the /* files-in-directory listing service - for example, `https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://remix.overclocked.org/songs/*` - frequently gives "Wayback Machine failed to return archive information." Is this a load problem or something else?
