Some lawyer testifies (maybe Herschmann) that the Trump lawyer (Eastman) felt confident they own 2 Justices on SCOTUS, named one of those as Justice Thomas. Did not name the other

This may be partly why Thomas is so afraid of Jack Smith

@Ultralite001 he is a prosecutor. He will NOT let criminals walk. Either he indicts them (if related to Trump) or he has already given the evidence to Garland who obviously is not afraid to take down big dudes like he just caught & got convicted a sitting Senator...
