1/… Seems LA LeGault is defaming me to my pals/others in her feed, lying outright, even chased me down on BlueSky where she harassed me for blocking her here.
My mods have hidden her profile from pub view.
She posted that I’m claiming to be an expert on Canadian politics as new resident (I’ve publicly said it’s not my wheelhouse), that I shouldn’t be taken seriously, that I’m a dangerous lg acct American living in 🇨🇦.
She attacked my cred, my character. Plz report if you see posts like these
2/ Elab on why I posted: This acct & I weren’t adversaries. She just didn’t like being blocked (I blocked quietly, no fanfare, for anti Semitism).
On Twitter I endured YEARS of harassment bc 1 acct didn’t like that I disagreed w/ him, lied/defamed me in Trumpian style. His devotees (a la Trumpian) believed him w/o questing me about any of it. It was awful.

3/ To clarify further, because replies are addressing this:
I have repeatedly stated publicly to anyone and everyone that Canadian politics are not my area of expertise, that I’m sticking to US politics, that I’ve never claimed to be a Canadian citizen (we’re permanent residents and I’ve shared 4 blog posts about that), and that I am slowly being educated by my Canadian pals here on how things work.
I boost anti-PP news items because I do know he’s all too Trumpy, but that’s about it.

What is really stranged is because I blocked her months ago because she was going hard on US Politics as if she was an expert. Trying to tell people how to vote in US elections. I called her out on that, and her anti-semitism, and support for Hamas... then blocked her.
It is not suprising that she continues her hypocrisy and hourly posts. And it makes sense that she is still attacking people.

I do pay attention though.
Coincidentally I blocked that account a few days ago.
I follow over 700 people, yet every time I went to my home feed of people I follow, it was like every other post was hers—how is this humanly possible?
The account was engulfing my feed and I wasn’t sure there was a real person behind it.
@bronakins Wow. Well I know I post a LOT, and I know that bugs some people, understandably.
But that seems excessive even for me, lol
I mean there’s some people I have on a search list to check in with throughout the day— and of course you’re one of them, so please—I expect you to post a lot & miss it when you don’t—it keeps me informed! Thank you! In fact I’m on the east coast & I anxiously await.your first post of the day.
But that was the point—that account made it hard to keep up with accounts I don’t search but DO want to read. The account seemed like a Johnny One-note with the same material repeated.
When I found myself seeing a post of hers, saying“oh, crap” and skipping it, I had the bright idea to block. So there she is in my blocked category with porn peddlers & mastodon mashers! 😂
