Consider pro's and con's for each individual. Then weigh their cons against each other.

Also any judgement without being impartial is not a judgement. This is exactly the way justice systems work. Even the most vile criminal gets defence in any legal system.

Consider the rights of the person who needs your kidney. Why should your right to keep it and not have it removed without your permission in the middle of the night trump their right to your kidney?
