Yeah, that'll work…and as soon as I scroll back to that particular post it all starts again. I'm guessing there will be other posts with media attachments that trigger the same thing.
My guess is that it's the CSS getting into a fight with itself trying to be "responsive."
@geoffduncan sorry I meant that on desktop I can scroll up forever, adding padding to the top of the page

I guess I’m not understanding? I can scroll wherever I like, but whenever I come to a media item like that the twitching begins again until it scrolls out of view.
I’m sure if I resize by browser window I’m sure I can get it off whatever knife edge it’s on, but…sigh.
