Time ago, a customer complained that they wanted a different style for project management report from us, using that waterfall mechanism. Complained for some 20 minutes during the meeting. We said "we can add a table at the end of the minutes with the tasks, deadlines and color them for better visualization. Any other fancy stuff, we will leave it to you."
