13 October 1942 | A French Jewish boy, Jean Stolowicz, was born in Paris.

He arrived at Auschwitz on 10 October 1943 in a transport of 1,000 Jews deported from Drancy. He was among 491 of them murdered in a gas chamber after the selection.
