JD Vance now says it’s ‘deranged’ for women not to have children due to climate change.

While Vance admitted that his ‘childless cat ladies’ remarks were ‘dumb’, he went on to stand by his argument, claiming that the US has become ‘almost pathologically anti-child’ and that not having children due to concerns about climate change is ‘bizarre’. #ClimateChange #ClimateCrisis #GlobalWarming

@ClimateNewsNow This SOB needs to get out of women's business. He is unhealthily obsessed.

@ClimateNewsNow Yes, have lots of children who will live short, brutish lives due to habitat destruction and unbearable heat.

@ClimateNewsNow From the linked article: Vance insisted that, in his childless cat lady remarks, "he was not talking about 'people who it just didn’t work out for, for medical reasons, for social reasons, like set that to the side, we’re not talking about folks like that.'"

Um. Depending on how you define "social," how many other reasons are there? I mean, there's "financial," but I don't think Vance wants to go down that road...

*there's an argument to be made for "climate change" falling under "social." It might not be an unassailable argument, but I could sure make it.
