@BigBadBiologist had seen you previous restoration video for the PC750 and was wondering how did you get past the black screen on boot.

@apaterak I think it was clearing the CMOS that did it. (I also reseated the RAM and CPU at the same time)

@BigBadBiologist how do you reset the CMOS? Could not find jumper. Did you just remove the Battery?
