What does it matter which state they're in when conservatives are pushing for a nationwide abortion ban? And you don't think they'd pull existing records? So even if it's not *currently* illegal where they are, it's still very worthwhile for women to be careful about what kind of medical records are bring kept about them.
A lot of people thought Roe v Wade was safe until it wasn't. Nothing should be taken for granted in this political climate.
