Gonna start a vendor spam mail wall of shame and it starts with this one
Sometimes I get snarky before I have domains and mail servers blocked
@hacks4pancakes When vendors would spam email me asking if I had time to schedule a quick call about their product, I would send them back this New Yorker cartoon. Most of the time that was the last I heard from them, but one time a guy sent me back this meme. Got a good laugh out of that one.
@ithoughtisawa2 I did something similar once, and the vendor actually contacted our institution’s *president* complaining about my unprofessional and “anticompetitive” behavior. It’s an unconventional approach to generating leads.

@hacks4pancakes I was just talking about starting a vendor security questionnaire response wall of shame.

Do you have SOC2?
AWS does so we don't need it.

@hacks4pancakes and for the special people that spam me at an address they scraped from LinkedIn, there’s a special* response: https://aus.social/@jpm/113282633846617573

Once again I am imploring Internet Marketers who are spamming me at an address they scraped off LinkedIn to do something useful with their life like sticking their face into a wood chipper

@hacks4pancakes they deserve a swift knee to the happy sacks for that one, oof
