Why does everyone care show much about how they sleep?

I couldn't give a shit....

@chewie @arstechnica I have a sleep disorder, so I actually give an f about it. Also, gadgets that can help diagnose stuff like sleep apnea, which is super hard to do early, are completely worth it. Personally, it runs in my family, so it's something that I keep an eye on even if I'm young.
