Interesting to see that a company goes this route to remove reviews.
This is a review left more than 10 years ago. They could just reply to it and say that they've made sure thing are better now.
But no.

Also, "Defamation". Right.
But who would want to go to court to fight for a Google review? This just means that companies can remove reviews they don't like using this tool.
