So I've been thinking about the sprite style of Foxblade in terms of how well I'm achieving the "PSX rpg" look.

I decided to experiment with painting over Leigh's battle sprite...

Old -> New

I should note that this is just an experiment. This is probably not gonna make it into the new demo, because I don't wanna add "commission brand new sprite revisions" on top of the already huge pile of tasks.

But I do quite like the changes, so I'll be thinking about it for the future!

@glairedaggers This is more the Amiga RPG look. The PSX look is "I got trapped in a pneumatic press and barely survived, but now my face is only 7 polygons."

@TomF I'm specifically looking at games like Grandia, BoF3, and Valkyrie Profile (sort of that mixed 2D sprites + semi 3D backgrounds look)
