This, but I’ve been this way since Wednesday.

I know it’s part stress, ran out of meds on Friday (too unwell to get to pharmacy) oh & food.

I mean had food - it was OOD & gave me food poisoning.

It’s what #disabled & #poor in #auspol looks like.

Apologies to the people I have had to mute recently as your images are causing me to collapse.

If you had any idea how even this was such a struggle to type, you’d understand.

Cannot even walk four paces at the moment.

There is no cure, I‘ve had to live with it and many other commodities for 20 plus years, I’ve simply had enough.

Sorry, I misspoke. It is not what you could call living, not even surviving. It’s existing.

But we have more compassion for animals - and that’s not much.

I've just published a new poem, "Vertigo's Vortex," on AllPoetry. It delves into the experience of living with multiple chronic illnesses - the physical pain, the mental anguish, the social isolation, and the struggle to find understanding and support.

It's a deeply personal piece, but I hope it resonates with others who are facing similar challenges.

CW: descriptions of pain, mental health struggles, ableism

@wakehamAMR what can we do to help?
@ratvet thank you for checking in. I'm not sure to be honest. But please know the simple act of you asking means a great deal in itself.
