weird hermIf you're looking for a way to donate to Appalachian disaster relief after Helene, check out the Highlander Center facebook page. I trust their vetting of organizations and they are based in Appalachia themselves. I also like that they share links from orgs outside NC, since there is catastrophic damage across state lines.
