@rbreich We should all make a note of Harris' plan so when she's POTUS we can remind her what she promised.

Biden kept in place the Trump tariffs to appease the unions and presumably Kamala will too.

Protectionism will not bring back manufacturing jobs, but it will make prices increase.

Biden also wants to add tariffs to economical Chinese electric automobiles that would help in the transition from ICE vehicles.

How to say you don't think global warming is important without saying you don't think global warming is important.

The only way to prevent "price-gouging" in a free market system is to encourage competition.

But the consolidation of grocery stores has continued unabated under both Democratic and Republican administrations.

It's frustrating that Kamala singled out the meat industry. Americans eat too much meat. Beef has 10x the carbon footprint of soy protein.

The price of meat *should* go up, so that people will be encouraged to try healthier and more eco-friendly diets.
