This wishy-washy positioning is a brilliant campaign strategy.
1) It gives those supporting an abortion ban the assurance that the ban is forthcoming
2) It gives those uncomfortable with the ban the assurance the ban in not forthcoming, hence they can vote R for other reasons.
These politicians are smarter than we think they are.
It's time for a new way. Follow my byline if interested in this new way.
