@thunderbird I only see a 15 minute poll frequency... does this not support IMAP IDLE yet for push delivery?

@Adam Hey there - I (Monica) don't have an Android device to check this, but this recent post on the K-9 Mail forum might be helpful for troubleshooting this: https://forum.k9mail.app/t/cannot-get-push-notifications-to-work-on-my-inbox-folder/8837/7

Also, we're using all the feedback to help us create FAQs and Getting Started guides on Mozilla Support, and I've added a note we should include Push and Poll settings in said guides.

I think you maybe right… And there appears to be some history here. Found this on a quick search. I am also having difficulty with an @btinternet.com address ( ISP is UK based) Oddly enough my activation email for this forum using this email address never arrives despite repeated requests. I’ve used by backup Gmail address to enrol. Seems BTInternet and K-9 don’t get along nicely in more ways than one 🙂

@thunderbird Thanks! I was expecting "push" or "automatic" to be an option in the Polling pop-up menu, but "15 minutes" was the fastest option. The accounts I tried do support push in other email clients, but sometimes it's an option that I have to turn on somewhere when setting up the account.
