I'm trying to think I'm what I can do as a fundraiser for my 40th birthday (Monday).
I need to raise ~$300 to pay for two certifications required for the local film unions, so that I can access more work (rather than just being a "unicorn").
I'm thinking of offering a couple of my commission options for a discounted rate (ie. $40 US rather than $50-75) & I can ship 5 packages for free in Oct (CA/US only, 1 package per Canada Post Free Shipping Tues).

So here's what I'm thinking of offering for $40 US each for my 40th birthday fundraiser, to pay for MPIO & WHMIS certification while I wait for work certification letters (from past film gigs).
- 2.5x3.5" sketch card in colour (reg $50)
- 5x7" sketch card in ink (reg $75)
- Bust sketches* in ink (reg $75)
*avail on a blank sketch cover for $5+ depending on choice, list available on request.

Canada Post offers small business members free shipping opportunities every Tues in October.
This Oct, I can ship one (1) free Expedited Parcel (up to 5 kg) within Canada OR Tracked Packet USA (up to 2 kg) to the US each Tuesday throughout October. That means 5 free shipments! Although the first one is Oct 1st 😅

I crowdfunded these 5 years ago, the panini started & I was never able to launch 😰 so I've been offering them mostly in pin communities.
The Comic Con 50 #exclusive is $25 (limited to 100, has holo glitter accents), the others are $15 each. Complete set of 6 is $75.
