@nolando Nice! What Jason Glover games do you think you'll play (or want to play)?

I need to do an order for some of those tin games (They looks so good!) but I think I can only get it from America? Going to have to do a sizable order to justify shipping and customs charges lol

@BoardGameBeans Iron Helm and Banners are on my radar for this weekend. I came up with a solo game for Banners last year, but I never got around to documenting it. Recreating that solo mode (and actually writing it down) is my goal this time lol.

@BoardGameBeans as far as ordering from TGC, yeah it’s quite rough on the wallet, especially if you’re overseas. Perhaps check BGG marketplace for local offerings?

@nolando Yeah that's good idea, I could look a bit more.

I've checked a few before but they were already marked up a bunch because it was imported by an individual. At which point I might as-well try and get a larger order done (and pay the fees once) vs individual orders.

I may have gone a little overboard on the boosters when I backed it on Kickstarter, so we have - a *lot* to open and a lot of options for gameplay 😉

@dachary Oh cool! I've never really played a TCG (I Used to collect... Pokemon 🙃)

@BoardGameBeans Didn’t end up opening any boosters as Spousey wasn’t feeling well, so instead I played roughly a million rounds of Wingspan solo in Board Game Arena 😉

Wingspan is great, and it’s solo mode is very decent.

Nice! Wingspan is indeed brilliant. I've not played it solo yet though 🤔 Might try that on the Steam version one day, or pull out the physical copy :D

We have a couple of expansions we've been meaning to play with too, and waiting on Asia to arrive.
