Not breaking any new ground here, but a decent write up and Steve Hyden knows what's up.

"I’m a fan of both bands. And I think they’re both more adventurous than 99.9 percent of rock groups working today. King Gizzard for their fearless genre experimentation, and Goose for their focused and expert improvisations. If they do exist on a binary, I would argue that they complement each other. And it’s good for this formerly static scene."

@clifff I’m not sure if there is really a feud but I think the big difference is Gizz are cool and it seems like being cool is important to them where as Goose are a bunch of nerds and they embrace that. Joey’s comments about goose seemed like was joking but also trying to be cool
